in-toronto-web-design.ca are scammers, they just take your money and they outsource your website to India which results in poor quality and missed deadlines. If the project has a complex requirements they’ll still deliver the product however it will be accomplished in the crappiest and cheapest manner so there is no conflict with the contract. 2 thumbs down!!!
